Greg’s law practice focuses on business transactions and business-related matters; the formation and governance of business entities, such as limited liability companies, partnerships and corporations; the acquisition, sale and leasing of commercial real estate; commercial loan transactions; estate and business succession planning; estate and trust administration; and health care law.
